We understand that plans can change, and our goal is to make rescheduling or cancellations as fair and straightforward as possible. Please review our policy below.
The $75 deposit and all processing fees are non-refundable. A one-time reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice prior to the class start time.
Rescheduling Your Course
In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and reschedule to an upcoming course with SafeCru Academy at any of our locations.
Refund Processing
Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation policy timeframe will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
