If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer support team either by email at email@example.com or by phone at 317-426-7703. Please note that a $25 administrative fee will apply to all credit card refunds or cancellations.
We’ll do our best to process your cancellation request as long as you inform us at least five business days before the training date.
If a student withdraws within five business days of the scheduled class start date, they can apply their tuition amount to another class. Note that this option is only available if the class isn’t full/sold out; if it is, the tuition becomes non-refundable regardless of when cancellation notice is received.
If a student doesn’t show up for the class without any prior notice, no refunds will be issued, and the tuition becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
